Description
Taken from the shores at Fort Augustus, Loch Ness is the second largest Scottish loch by surface area at after Loch Lomond, but due to its great depth, it is the largest by volume. It contains more fresh water than all the lakes in England and Wales combined. No sign of the monster though!

An amazing image Lynn. So peaceful and shimmery. I love the way the land and water slide into one another, there on the sandy shore.
